CD/MD Electric Hoist Recommendation

Model CD/MD wire rope electric hoist is a small-sized lifting equipment, which can be mounted on single beam bridge, gantry and jib cranes. It can be installed on the straight or curved I-beam, and can be used with wireless remote control. With slight modification,it can also be used as a winch. It is widely used in factories, mines, harbours, warehouses, cargo storage areas to raise working efficiency and improve working conditions.

CD Electric mini hoist has only one normal speed,which can satisfy normal application. Model MD Electric mini hoist provides two speeds: normal speed and low speed. At a low speed, it can do precise loading and unloading,mounding of sand box, maintenance of machine tools.

CD/MD wire rope electric hoist is often used in single beam bridge crane, single beam gantry crane, especially the large tonnage crane above 5t, CD/MD wire rope electric hoist occupies absolute advantage. Chain electric hoist is often used in the 5t crane, especially in the pipeline, wind power and other projects, cantilever crane and KBK light small lifting equipment using chain electric hoist more.

Compare CD/MD electric hoist with HHBB electric chain hoist:
1.Volume: in terms of volume, the same tonnage of CD/MD wire rope electric hoist than HHBB type chain electric hoist volume is much larger, the weight is much higher.
2.Noise: the noise of HHBB electric chain hoist is much smaller than that of wire rope hoist.
3.Working level, CD/MD wire rope electric hoist working level is M3, and HHBB type chain electric hoist working level is M4.
4.Lifting speed: CD/MD wire rope electric hoist lifting speed is moderate, large tonnage speed is fast, and more than 5 tons of electric chain hoist lifting speed is slow.
